What Europe’s Mental Health Ecosystem Needs to Thrive in 2026

Mental health — and humanity — thrives when we come together. This European Mental Health Week, Sense-Maker Hub is proud to be part of a movement that puts connection, care, and community at its heart.

Share your perspective in minutes. Become part of a visible European mental health ecosystem and insight report.

What this is

This initiative brings together mental health organisations across Europe to share:

  • what they are currently focusing on
  • the challenges they face
  • what support is needed

Your input is visualised in a shared ecosystem and included in a short insight report presented during European Mental Health Week-2026.

A collective view of what organisations across Europe are doing, facing, and needing right now.

Stronger Together:

Europe’s Mental Health Ecosystem

(visual live on 7 May 15:00 CEST)

All contributions come together in a shared digital ecosystem — a living environment designed as a florarium, where each organisation appears as a distinct element within a wider European landscape.

Each contribution takes the form of a small “plant” within this space. On its own, it reflects one organisation’s work and reality. Together, they make visible what “Stronger Together” means in practice — how efforts connect, where challenges align, and what the field collectively needs to move forward.

You’ll be able to explore:

  • what organisations across Europe are working on
  • where challenges begin to cluster
  • what support is most consistently needed

What emerges is not just a collection of inputs, but a structured, real-time view of the mental health ecosystem — showing patterns, gaps, and shared priorities across Europe.

The full digital ecosystem will be revealed on 7 May, offering a space you can return to — to see how your work connects to the wider European context, and where the field is heading.
